We need your help! We are doing research to understand how much our community knows about aphasia, a communication disorder. Our purpose is to create more awareness and inclusion for people with aphasia to participate in the community and interact with others more comfortably. Recently, I had the opportunity to hear Deb Meyerson and Steve Zuckerman speak at a virtual webinar. Since then, I have begun following their blog and reading Deb's book (Identity Theft: Rediscovering Ourselves After Stroke). Both are worth taking a look into. Here is the most recent blog post https://strokeonward.org/adaptation-is-a-way-of-life/... And a link to the book, which is available on many platforms (paper, audio, Kobo, etc) https://strokeonward.org/our-work/#identity-theft-book
