Here we grow again!!!! As many of you have seen we are really busy. We need more staff. I need to hire somebody that has cooked before and understands a kitchen. He or she must also be able to work in heat and be able to lift 50 pounds. Due to the increase in business we are going to have to close one day a week for clean up and prep. I am leaning towards Tuesday as many of you said you like the fact that we are open on Mondays. Thanks for all of the support and patience as the line ups have been very long. We appreciate it. Chip shacks and rain don't mix well together lol. Because it's early in the season and the fact that it's going to rain all day we will not be opening today. Thanks for everybody"s understanding yesterday as we opened late so we could reinstall the fire suppression system. Have a great rainy day

It turns out that we were allowed to open and then the business has been crazy. Thank you everybody that have supported us already and we hope you loved the food. I had no idea what to expect but definitely underestimated how busy we are. It is for that reason that I need another employee. Please PM if interested and have cooking experience. There will be plenty of hours and those hours will included weekend work. Thanks again.

IF you told me last summer, while I was building this deck, that I would have to tape it off and not use it, I would have laughed at you. BUT here we are lol. STOP!!!!!!! It turns out that we can't open today. Sorry for the confusion but yesterday when we announced we were opening, I didn't have a clue that we were getting snow and that it would get that cold last night. Turns out I need to watch weather reports a bit more because due to the cold weather our pipes froze and now I need to complete some plumbing repairs. So Sorry for the confusion. Stand by for another opening announcement LOL. Really hoping for next week
