It's okay to have an opinion. I'm not arguing that. But don't guess when you are talking to the media. And don't say something is happening when you have absolutely no data or supporting information to back it up. There are some really irresponsible comments in this article that were disappointing to read....and do nothing to help this situation. But I empathize and sympathize with the agents that have been affected in this scenario.
