The Closet Quilter 19.01.2021

Good Morning Ladies: I just want to give you all an update. I have decided with the new new Covid numbers that i will effectively at the end of today be closed to all sales of discounted fabric, batting and backings until things get more normal. I will still be open by appointment for dropping off and picking up quilts. What I am trying to do is minimize the traffic at this time.... I will no longer be accepting quilts from those out of town ie. jasper, grande cache, edson etc. This is only temporary. I will not be accepting quilts from new clients. I will only be accepting quilts from the ladies who are known to me and regular customers. This is also temporary. I will continue working through Christmas and into the new year. I will be taking this time to try get through the quilts I have on hand and hopefully caught up for the new year. I will be contacting each of you when your quilt is ready, please if your not comfortable venturing out, its ok, just let me know, you do not wish to pick up your quilt. I totally understand. If you prefer curb side pick up or drop off, I can do that, or if you prefer I drop the quilt off at your home, I can do that too, just let me know. Everyone please stay safe and happy holidays. Cheers Debby

Another gorgeous quilt belonging to Judy. Judy had a black fireside and Linda chose the panto and the variegated black/white thread. We used warm and natural batting. This is so beautiful, congrats Judy Cheers Debby

Some of you will remember this Rocky Mountain Quilters mystery. I don't remember which year it was, but Judy nailed the colors. I couldn't capture the beautiful colors with my camera on this one but the quilt is gorgeous. Judy had a pretty yellow fireside for the back and we used warm and natural batting. We decided on flemenco for the panto and we used a variegated teal/yellow thread. Beautiful Judy, absolutely beautiful...grats on the fabulous finish... Cheers Debby

Beautiful, pieced by Cheryl, first time having one longarmed, a little too big for the sewing machine this time. She chose a denim blue flannel with a medium blue variegated thread along with warm and white batting. Looks absolutely stunning Cheryl Grats on your fantastic finish Cheers Debby

This one belongs to Sharon. Sharon chose a cream flannel backing with warm and natural batting. She had wanted a swirl design on the quilt and so I chose the Lovely panto. Very pretty Sharon and great choices. Grats on another fantastic finish !!! Cheers Debby

Sue D brought this great quilt in to be longarmed, she chose a flannel backing with warm and natural batting. The focal fabric in this quilt has maple leaves and so I chose the curly maple panto for it. So pretty Sue, great job as usual and wonderful finish...Grats Cheers Debby
