I had the pleasure of updating this beautiful clients hair to a fresh, new blonde! Her service included a full head of foils with a Fibre Plex treatment in every bowl of colour! While her hair was wet I used Surface protein cream with a Bassu lightweight hydrating oil. This combination seals the cuticle, yielding healthy, shiny hair. It also protects against colour fading. These two products were formulated to be used with heat, and the results are EVEN better when hot tools are used- isn't that cool! After her blow out, a few more drops of oil were used in her dry hair, concentrating on the ends. I lightly pressed her hair with a flat iron. I finished off her style with a few pumps of shine spray and she was on her way!!

Look at this beautiful blonde bombshell!!! This is a traditional balayage technique that I used. The service took 8 hours but it was sooooo worth it! With this beautiful, full hair, it's important to treat it with care and respect and work in stages - never over processing it! As always, Fibre Plex was added in every bowl and as a treatment at the sink to keep her hair in tip top shape! As my client has a thicker, coarser hair texture, I used 3 products on her hair to achieve softness and prep her hair to be curled. On her wet hair I used the Surface curls smoothing cream mixed with the curls treatment oil, and on her dry hair I reapplied the oil before heat styling it. To finish it off, she had a healthy spray of the curls finishing hairspray! It has a medium hold with a touch of shine - perfect for these gorgeous curls!!!

I adore this man!!! He is so passionate about hair! He is also kind, and he is funny! Clearly it's contagious!!! Today I had the BEST day being trained by Wayne Grund, an incredibly talented hair stylist and owner of Surface Hair Products!!! Day 2 is tomorrow! This beautiful woman spent 14 hours with me (yes, you read that right!) to complete this colour correction service. That is how long it took to make all of her rich, dark colour and coppery highlights disappear and for her new blonde hair to emerge! I absolutely love the colour correction service as it is extremely challenging and can be unexpected. It leaves my adrenaline running high but that's why I love what I do!!! ...
