The Corrective Exercise Trainer

CLOSE CALL - being chased by two dogs turned my distance run in to some wind sprints! I’m usually calm around animals... this was my first time being truly scared of dogs! Fortunately I was able to manage the situation and get away fast enough for them to lose the chase and run back home The rest of the run was fun, but less exciting. Tons of hills in the highlands make for an extra challenge and the long country roads made for some beautiful scenery. The hills shortened the 10km distance to 9km.
