How was everyone's Thanksgiving? We've been enjoying an extra long weekend with my husband home today. . I also just finished eating a turkey dinner leftovers lunch. My fav!! . This beautiful photo is another shot from @pipe87 wedding this past summer.

Happy Tuesday, friends! . I have some news to share. I've been debating how long I'll keep baking before baby #2 arrives and I've decided to temporarily close from the end of October until Spring 2018. The late nights, constant standing and juggling a toddler are taking a toll on me, so I feel like it's the best decision for now. Once the baby comes and I have somewhat of a handle on being a mom of 2, I'll be back at it! I'll still be sharing posts and cake photos, I just need to slow down a little. Thanks to everyone who supports my little hobby business. I appreciate all of your support and sweet words. . Ps. This pretty pink cake was off to a 1st birthday party this past weekend.

I've been dying to make pumpkin scones ever since we hit September. This rainy Monday seemed like the perfect day. I love the rain, it goes hand in hand with baking and makes me realize just how much I love this time of year.
