Sign Street paid for one side, United Way of Bruce Grey paid for the other out of donations to the BPSCC Want more of this sign out there, make a donation. They are hoping for having one at few places. The OPP will change the number once a week to keep it up dated... Donations can be made through the United Way, just chose the Safe Communities fund Www.donatetoday.ca

Many Small Businesses are closing down, or are on the brink of doing so, which breaks my heart as there is no other income source for these same hard workers after the Covid-19 has burned itself out. Please support these businesses as well, as some of them are in their last hour, and believe it or not, some of them do not qualify for any of the Government Funding that has been offered, slipping thru the cracks, not by their own choice. Safe Travels this Labour Day Weekend

We had the pleasure of getting Eric to his Bruce Trail destinations for the past week finishing 30 days from when he set out from Niagara Falls. Thanks for using The "Crabby Cabbie" Eric it was our pleasure.

This past long weekend OPP stopped 21 drivers on Highway 6 on the Bruce Peninsula, Wiarton to Tobermory. They were charged with stunt driving - 50 kilometres an... hour or more over the posted speed limit! They were issued Provincial Summons for Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound to answer to the charge, their vehicles were impounded for 7 days and their driver's licences were suspended for 7 days. Understand, this follows you for a LONG time. It costs $1000's. Your insurance rate will be insane! Please do not speed on any road. Posted speed limits are there for a reason. OPP ARE ACTIVELY SEARCHING FOR MISSING HIKER Police searching for 30 year old female (NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) - On May 8, 2019 at 10:16 p.m. Grey Bruce O...ntario Provincial Police (OPP) were contacted by a male reporting his girlfriend, Paige REDMAN had left their campsite at halfway log dump, Bruce Peninsula National Park at 7:30 p.m. and has not returned. At the time of the call, Grey Bruce OPP officers and Parks Canada staff began an initial search. OPP have added resources to the search including OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, OPP K9 unit and OPP helicopter. Description of missing female - 5'6", 125lbs, slim build, short hair pink and purple colouring and blue/green eye colour. She was last seen wearing spandex black tank top green sleeves, black yoga pants, canvas backpack.
