San Francisco night was a great evening last night with wonderful people and awesome food! Thank you Laura from Breadlove for the amazing Sourdough bread!

Sourdough bread became a staple in San Francisco during the 1849 Gold Rush! An evening celebrating San Francisco cuisine! Salad with Green Goddess Dressing! Origins of Green Goddess Dressing roots go back to 1923 to the Palace Hotel in San Francisco! Cioppino! Cioppino is a tomato based seafood stew that was invented by San Francisco fisherman in the late 1800s! Chocolate Mousse with Ghiradelli Chocolate! Ghiradelli chocolate has been made in San Francisco since 1852! Come and join this interactive cooking dinner! We will send you home with the recipes! We will sample a couple of great Napa red wines including Stag's Leap Artemis!

We are excited to announce two events this fall! Back by popular demand on Saturday October 19th is German night with Chef Erin and Bratwurst made by Vince Bokenfohr! A wonderful evening at The Culinary Kitchen last night learning about the history of Thai Cuisine and all the Thai ingedients that go into Thai Cuisine. Rutch was amazing sharing her knowledge and demonstrating Thai Cooking techniques!
