So, we’ve been a little busy lately but things are going well! We just wanted to give all of our customers an update that our new arrival is now 3 months old and doing very well after a little bit of a rough start! We had so many kind words from our customers before I headed off on maternity leave and we thought we were well overdue for an update!... We aren’t quite ready to get back to baking for you - but we promise it won’t be long before you are able to get your favourite treats again! The Great British Bakery Team!

What a beautiful cake to finish with before I go on maternity leave! 4 layers of zesty lemon sponge, with raspberries folded throughout. Filled with a fresh lemon buttercream and homemade raspberry jam. Coated in a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream, a pink chocolate drip and decorated with fresh raspberries and homemade lemon and raspberry macarons.
