Re-Emergence is a program of mini grants we initiated this summer to help artists get back in our studios and re-engage with research, creation, mentoring and professional development. Here is Ashvini Sundaram sharing her experience and a video from earlier this fall: "Thank you, Scotiabank Dance Centre, for the re-emergence grant in September. It afforded me the opportunity to rehearse and record for various online festival performances. The weeks I spent engaging in self-study, self-critique, and reflection were transformative and I am so grateful."
