The basement used to be a Bakery and all the little ovens were still there, along with hundreds of rats my life with rats would it ever end? I would stuff the h...oles in the walls with broken glass and steel wool; the older kids already knew the methods I used. At night it was like a tag team, one by one we would take turns to watch the rats that ate threw the steel wool, and would like to climb up on the blankets. A stick would usually do the job there was no heat so Ice would form on the walls at night. This is a small excerpt from the upcoming book of Isabella, DANCING WITH BELLE many of my friends have followed her story on facebook, Lorraine has worked very hard to get this book out there. We set up this fund to help pay the publishing costs. The sale of the first 100 books or so because Lorraine did not do this for profit it was a testament of Isabella's Strength and perseverance and the struggle of Alzheimers. I ask that you help it is a very beautiful story and we are so proud of her that a publisher loves her story.

Where he practiced Shotokan Karate and Judo. He was drawn to the art of Taekwondo through a friend and quickly became one of the world’s premier Heavy Weight World Taekwondo Champions, as the first North American to beat Korea. Training with Grand Master Ray Nikiel , and later Grand Master Chong Soo Lee. Darrell is ranked as the only Canadian male Heavyweight in Taekwondo to hold 12 National titles and Olympic National titles and one unofficial national title. His career in Taekwondo spans 4 decades. Darrell’s Kickboxing Career started in 1984 He is 15 times World Kickboxing I.S.K.A. Cruiser weight and F.F.K.A.Heavyweight Champion. Training with Stan Nikiel and Robert Taylor and Danny Brown.
