Just finished making Jambalaya, Chicken Parmesan, Meat Lasagna , Vegetable Lasagna & Ribollita (a wonderful Italian soup). Lots of comfort food for a cold winter's day. Heading out to deliver the food to my clients for dinnertime.

Catered a Business Opportunity in Port Credit last night. Lots of great people and presentations. Lots of food and fun.

Catered a Business Opportunity party last night in Meadowvale. Great turnout and food went over very well. Everyone took home some shortbread to enjoy later. Next meeting is next Wednesday, October 20th, in Port Credit. Great way to find out about some good business opportunities.
