I find it amazing how city councillors talk about supporting local business. I guess I shouldn’t talk to the media because last night, after the mayor said he was going to work with me, a process server knocked on my door at my home and served me legal action because a non profit tenant I have is selling local crafts in the lobby of my building at Duckworth Street. How strange it is too as the same inspector listed on this document is the one who shut down the Dockyard! CITY IS KILLING SMALL BUSINESS!

As you can see my engineer used aerial calculations to show closest house on Cathedral Street was 225 meters from Dockyard. City will kill small business anyway they can!

City staff clearly thinks Harbour Drive Dockyard is in residential area on Cathedral Street!!

It is another beautiful day in the city and that means that our gates are open and cold beer is flowing! Swing down and enjoy the sun in our beautiful outdoor seating area, and if you get to hot you can always head on into the cool bar area. Ziggy Peelgood's will be parked right by the gate for all your snacking needs!

We are closed today to regroup after a busy first weekend and we will reopen soon, when the sun shines bright in Downtown St. John's again!

You can get to us off of harbour drive, in the corner of our huge parking lot or, if you’re on Water St., have a walk down the beautiful, graffiti ally next to Smoke's Poutinerie St. John's and take a right!

We are off of Harbour Drive, in that BIGGGG parking lot behind The Salt House, around 50-52 Harbour Dr. If you are on Water St., just cut down the beautiful little alleyway next to Smoke's Poutinerie St. John's and you'll find is in no time. The best thi...ng is... you don't have to worry about the weather! We have a beautiful outdoor seating area for those sunny days and lots of seating inside for all of the rest of them.
