Today’s the day! We start our spooky Halloween spirit week! Come to dance dressed in your best Halloween costume! We will be incorporating fun dance games in our classes and pssssst... there may or may not be candy involved. Recreational dancers can come to every class dressed up this week. Aerial Arts is back at The Dynamic Room! We will be starting 6 week sessions on Saturdays very shortly. Our sessions will be divided into two levels and focused on one apparatus at a time to instil proper aerial technique and progressions. Each session will be one hour long and includes a full body warmup and conditioning. You are in good hands with our certified instructors and our state of the art aerial rigging systems. Come hang with us every Saturday! SESSION ONE: Every... Saturday from Nov 7th - Dec 12th - Level One 2-3 PM (aerial hammock) - Level Two 3-4 PM (aerial hammock) SESSION TWO: Every Saturday from Jan 9th - Feb 13th - Level One 2-3 PM (aerial hoop/lyra) - Level Two 3-4 PM (aerial hoop/lyra) Each session is $125 +HST and the classes will be capped at 8 students.
