Throwback to 3 year ago when Astrid was in Grade 1, Ellar was in Grade 2, Greta Grade 4, Connor Grade 5

Stronger everyday in every way!! Connor and I do (for now) a Galloway run/walk method ~ 1:30/1:00 and with that over fastest mile was 11:03 min! I bonked for the last 1/2 mile ~ I didn’t have breakfast (waiting for Connor to wake up I got busy and forgot! Usually I have a couple of dates, banana or at least an apple before a run!) And I thought it was cool like yesterday ~ Nope!! It’s time to put the boat of the #northsaskatchewanriver for a Family #fishing day!! #runDisney #madhatter #virtualeundisney5ktraining

Connor & Ellar will be Tweedle Dum & Tweedle Dee (good thing the kids are all roughly the same size!) for our runDisney Mad Hatter virtual 5k race next month!! ... Starting to find & make costumes & theirs will cost $13 ea (love me a good deal when I'm grocery shopping) ~ I'm on the look out for Cheshire Cat pinks and purples for me (let me know if you have ideas to share!)!! Maybe a white rabbit or caterpillar & flower or an Alice will join us too....still waiting on Trev, Greta & Astrid to decide if these 3 virtual 5k races are for them!! See more

T/Th are bike training days Maybe these kids will be interested in their first triathlon next year post-COVID19 we love river trekking!! Our little community has the best trail system for outdoor fitness! #strongereverydayineveryway
