You are not a good multitasker. In fact, no human is. We get LESS done when we multitask. This is a game changer for my clients. Everyone thinks being good at multitasking is a good thing. Then when they realize how much more productive they are when they stick to one task and see it through -- MINDBLOWN STOP CLAIMING YOURE GOOD AT IT. If you think you're good at multitasking you're basically saying you're too stressed out to put % into anything. ... Nobody wants a juggler handling their finances, press releases, social media posts, clinic, leadership conferences, business affairs, or anything else. Multitasking is the new FIRED. Take it off your resume. Instead, discuss how strong you are at managing daily tasks and implementing them in strategic time-saving ways. You can actually do that mindfully. You can be efficient and mindful at the same time.

Something inside you re-members the wide open space. How do you remember? There's a reason we feel so flustered, trapped, anxious, out of control, pressured... We don't give ourselves time to notice ourselves in space. This doesn't have to be done in the wilderness.... Quite easily, open your window and smell the air, feel the temperature. Go to your nearest park or green space and look up to the sky, or into a green leaf. From there, let your mind run free. How do you remember?
