My Boy!! 12 years old and putting in that work. It was at his age that my coach Ian Seale gave me an ultimatum to step up or continue to lose... So I stepped up! My son is bigger, stronger and faster than I was at his age. So... It's time to grind baby!! (Yea... We're the same height now.. 6 ft)

Sweet 100's!! What are sweet 50's... That's when I want to develop a certain area... I'll complete a workout and finish with 50 reps of a challenging weight on a muscle group. Today was shoulder press. Shoulders are my weakest... So I lift 45lbs and each side for 50 reps. And no.... I don't do it it one shot. I usually go b 10's...
