Santa's Anonymous Fundraiser Coco's After Dark secret project is not-so-secret anymore! We've been workin' the moonlight hours to create this masterpiece of a gingerbread house, complete with lights. And now that it's finished, we're putting it up for silent auction! All the proceeds from the auction will be donated to Santa's Anonymous Jasper ... hey all you cool cats! are you a regular at the café?! Well we're rolling out a way for us to thank you for your support! We're going to try out a reward system. This is how it works:... You give us your phone number at the till to be entered into the rewards system (and don't worry, you won't receive constant pesky texts/messages all the time). For every $20 you spend at the café, our system will put 5 points on your account. Once you've accumulated enough points, you are eligible for a reward, be it a free coffee or a 25% discount, depending on how many points you have. Once you have reached a redeemable amount of points, you'll be notified via text and you can either come in to redeem your reward or wait to accumulate more It's super easy and simple. Our team will ask for your phone numbers when you come to the cash, and if you want to be a part of the system you can! We're just trying it out for the time being, and if it works for us and you, we may make it a permanent feature!

Today we would like to respectfully acknowledge that Jasper National Park, and therefore also Cocos Cafe, is located in Treaty 6 and 8 as well as the traditional lands of the Beaver, Cree, Ojibway, Shuswap, Stoney, and Metis. We mention this to honour and be thankful to these territories for housing our beautiful park in which Cocos has found its home. We cannot rewrite the past but all of us must be committed to a life long journey of the learning and unlearning of colonial written history.
