Today we celebrate national rainbow baby day. For all those who have rainbow babies, and all those who are dreaming for theirs, you are seen.

I often say to my clients that my job is about saying the same thing over and over again in different ways until it clicks. Its all about language and timing. Emmanuel Acho just says things in a way that makes sense for me. The third episode (I find them better in order) has some really great discussions on how to address some of these issues with our kids. I think everyone should watch them.
