Risotto is an Italian dish made out of short-grain rice in a creamy, gooey sauce of broth, parmesan cheese, and white wine. Usually it takes a practiced hand to get all the flavours and seasonings right, but we have a few options of ready-to-cook risotto that already include herbs, spices, and dried onions and/or mushrooms. The trick to risotto is just keep stirring. The more you stand there and stir it while it simmers, the creamier and smoother itll get. White wine is opti...onal, but it greatly enhances the flavour the alcohol cooks off so its fine for kids. Grab a container of our own broth we make in store, plus a bag of parmesan.
