PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM DR. CUDDIHY: "After six years of operation, I regret to inform you that I am closing The Fibro Pain Clinic, effective immediately. The office will close as of January 31st 2020. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I was not able to find another Doctor to take over your care. I am very happy to have been able to help you on your journey to feeling better, and I hope that you will continue to exercise every day, pace, and take the... medications which have been helping you so far. While we will try our best to make this transition as smooth as possible, there may be a few bumps in the road and we will update you with further information if needed. We apologize for any panic this has caused and we are working diligently to contact each patient and follow our required protocols as per the CPSO and OMA. ALL ROSTERED PATIENTS will receive a detailed letter with everything they need to know about this transition. We will also be calling patients with scheduled appointments. ALL PHYSICIANS AND PHARMACIES will receive a letter from Dr. Cuddihy detailing relevant care instructions and protocols. Please do not follow up over social media. We would like to touch base over the phone in order to properly inform you of what is going on and we urge you to call us at the office if you have any questions or concerns. The Clinic will be fully staffed until the end of January, and contact beyond this will be outlined in the official patient documentation.

A member of our community needs help! Her name is Amanda and she suffers from Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). She has been given the amazing opportunity of pursuing her dream to work in the medical field. We know Amanda well and she is a beautiful, articulate and compassionate young woman with a strong drive to help others. She requires a laptop with multiple programs to start her journey into the medical field at Humber College this coming fall. To our valued patients, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CANNABIS ACROSS THE BORDER, even if it's prescribed to you by a Physician. Do not try and take your CBD oil even though it contains no THC. Do not attempt to bring your SoftGels with you either. Leave it all at home in Canada.... Some countries may allow synthetic cannabis derivatives such as Nabilone or Sativex as they have no street value but the US currently does not allow any Cannabis products or byproducts across the border. We STRONGLY urge patients who are prescribed medical Cannabis to contact our office in regards to travel arrangements with their pain management. If you are able, we ask that you give as much notice as possible in order for the Doctor to have a follow up appointment with you to go over these very important details. Cannabis has become a saviour for many of our patients for their chronic pain symptoms, however, it must remain in Canada. Please stay vigilant and call the office if you have any questions regarding Cannabis and International Border Travel.

We have just been notified by a number of patients and by the company that BELBUCA, manufactured by Purdue Pharma has been DISCONTINUED. If you are using this medication for treatment please speak to your pharmacist ASAP and have them send a request for an alternate.
