My father dropped off a couple of winter squash from his garden. I had never had them before so I googled up a quick and simple recipe and Roasted Delicata Squash are surprisingly delicious! Just cut in 1/2 inch circles, clean out the seeds, drizzle with @zoeoliveoil and a sprinkle of sea salt then roast at 400 for 15-20 min...they are just like candy Sue
