Spotlight for @cindykumar I have been working with Jereymi from @thefitnesslab.ca for the last 3 months! We have focused on eating more whole foods, eating mo...re veggies, proper protein intake, increasing my calories and amount of water I drink. I have always struggled with my weight and tend to put back the weight I lose and have never been able to keep it off. I also have had a habit of overeating and ignoring when I’m full. I have learned that there are no quick fixes and have been working on building a healthy relationship with food. I no longer refer to food as good or bad and focus on the nutrition content instead. With Jereymi’s program I have become aware of the nutrition content in my meals and have become more mindful with my eating. I had a habit of eating clean on weekdays and then binge eating on the weekends and not having meals planned out. Jereymi suggested that I preplan my meals and enter them into MyFitnessPal 3-4 days at a time to ensure that my macro goals and calories would be met. I really have enjoyed doing that and it has completely changed my life! Jereymi has provided me with great resources and I enjoy my daily check-ins with him. The process has been slow but I have built sustainable habits and feel like a completely different person than I was when I first started the program. Thank you Jereymi! The reason why I chose this name is that I believe as you become more energized, the quality of your life will improve. This isn’t just a meal plan, this is a lifestyle change. Habits that we create won’t just help you with our time together but will guide you throughout the rest of your life. I understand how it can feel to not r...each your goals. I spent years spinning my wheels and had no clue where to start. What I can offer you through my coaching is a way to find yourself again. I will give you all of my tips and tricks that made my mindset what it is today. I know the pain it can feel to want something so badly and continue to be let down time after time again. I fully understand and because of that, my goal is to make this journey enjoyable for you. 6 year's team!! I can't even begin to explain what this means to me! I am so proud of how far we have come and how far we are about to go! I'm cutting the celebration short on this year as 2020 has definitely slowed us down and I have not quite hit the goals iv wanted to. This is come back season! Having the time to sit back and breakdown my game plan I have found the holes and plan to fix them this year to be able to sustain the next 20 years. Every year I feel like I'm just getting started.... This year it's ferrr real! Thanks to everyone for their support along this incredible journey. Thanks to my incredible team for all their hard work and dedication to keep this train moving forward! Let's make 2021 the year we all shatter our goals and make 2020 realize it CAN'T BEAT US!!

Testimonial from Shayla I have been looking for a training facility to help me take my fitness to the next level. From the moment I took my first class at @thefitnesslab.ca I knew this place was a fit for me. As an athlete it is always important for me to challenge myself both mentally and physically. Going to The Fitness Lab has done that for me. The trainers are always providing new exercises in innovative ways! I have never done the same workout twice at the fitness lab... which always keeps me excited. (Side note: equipment, set up and music is always sick. It’s a whole vibe!) I appreciate that while it is such an elite space where trainers have so much knowledge to share it also is extremely inclusive. That’s huge.
