Hey all, it's been a while! Hope you're doing well! Check out this cool new artistic project from program-friend Ess, contortionist extraordinaire! Now is the time to buy your copy of this amazing new book (I know it's amazing, I was there when all the photos were taken and they're dope AF) before it's gooonnnee foreeeveerrr. Stay safe, everyone! Support local artists if you can! If money's not available right now, consider sharing the post to get the word out! Hope to see ...you all soon T. See more

Mary-Margaret here. So, we are in another faux lockdown. Feel like you've lost all your strength and want to get back into the groove? Well, I've got options for you. 1. I'm running novice conditioning on Sundays! It will start with a series session and then move into drop in classes. This is to ease you back into working out and focuses on form and theory, while getting a nice workout. 2. Every weekday at 1, I run Train In Vain. It's an hour hardcore workout that focuses on strength and mobility. Perfect for aerialists who have been grounded. Plus, there will be many familiar faces from your aerial classes! If you are interested, give me a PM.

hey friendos! For those looking for local silks fabric..Decker at the Toronto School is selling some sets. Beware that the length listed is total length, so divide that number in half to see how long your silks would be when hanging.

Happy pride to our wonderful student body, and coaches too! The beautiful slice of humanity that has walked through our doors over the last 8 years has never ceased to amaze and inspire! We continue to pledge to be a safe space for all humans to train and learn together. We can’t wait to see you all in person in our sweet new digs!... For now, stay safe and celebrate your fabulous selves! #torontopride #lgbtqpride #slothsforequality See more
