Hello everyone!!! Been a while now, we miss Truro, our friends and customers we made while we were there. I've finish at Lucketts, currently at The Old Orchard Inn, Greenwich, N.S. Not the Chef, more like Chef de Partie. My partner and I have also put an offer in on a location in Coldbrook, BBQ Grill, waiting to hear back, if they except it. I've got a few things brewing hopefully, knock on wood, something works out. But, for know, I enjoy not being the boss or incharge of nothing. Great lil break.. its fun. Still singing every day while I'm at work. Makin magic!!! Miss y'all xo

Well folks here I am.. At Lucketts vineyard!! Gonna finish out the season here and then decide what to do next.. keep yall posted.. a whole lots less stress its nice not being the boss..

Hey folks! Chef Wayne here just want to thank you all for your support over the last 4 years and 9 months. Your comments have been heart felt.. my back has not been the best with all the moving to the Annapolis valley and working by myself in the kitchen for the last 2 weeks. Staffing was our number 1 problem plus many more issues. So the stress got to me. Hardest thing ive had to do was close the door. I start at Lucketts tomorrow morning at 8am. I have no responsibilies jus...t go to work and do as my chef asks. Got it! excited to work with Executive Chef Mark Lambert and his crew.. Next year Tammy and I plan to do something not sure what yet have a few ideas.. anyone out there or know someone that may like to partner up drop me a message for some good eats eat right feel good food and we can talk.. wishing you all the best in the future..
