To all of my amazing customers, old and new, I’m getting a lot of inquiries regarding the new restrictions so I’ll clarify. My restaurant will close after the Saturday Dec 12th shift, The Frozen Kitchen will still operate throughout the 4 weeks these restrictions are in place and although delivery dates will change because of the holidays business will be as usual. Delivery dates the week of Christmas will be the 23rd and 24th, Wednesday and Thursday. The week of New Years w...ill be the 30th and the 31st, Wednesday and Thursday again. I know many of you live alone, it’s a sad time for this to happen, I too live alone but I love what I do, so please let me know if you have any special requests for meals over the holidays, I’d love to make it happen! I will be posting the Holiday menus soon as I will need a count ahead of time . I’m hoping to get out and do some deliveries so I can put a face to so many that I talk to on a regular basis, I’d love to meet you and it would be just fantastic for me to see all of you that I used to deliver to before I opened my restaurant. Hello all, I've had several requests for senior size meals as well as a low sodium diet. Effective for the October 23rd delivery I will have a seniors menu that is all low sodium and will be posting it soon. This will be smaller portions at lower costs, however on my regular menu I request a minimum of 7 meals in order to offer free delivery, for the seniors menu I will be requesting an $80 minimum order in order to make this cost efficient. Good morning all! I would just like to update everyone on this operation. 15 years ago while I was the executive chef for a heli-skiing resort in northern B.C., I hired a young 24 year old named Jay. He quickly moved up the ranks as I saw his potential and over the years Jay and I have worked together in several facilities. Opening a restaurant as well as running the Frozen Kitchen has proven impossible for just me, Jay has joined me now, not as an employee but as a partner... in both of these ventures and the restaurant part is moving along much quicker with an anticipated opening day of July 20th. We're working closely together to make this transition as smooth as possible. To those who are receiving your orders today, you will meet Jay. I will be doing the deliveries tomorrow, and Nolan who delivered last week is our permanent driver from here on in, although you'll probably still see Jay and I on occasion. There will be more news next week with some great changes to The Frozen Kitchen, I will update everyone once everything falls in place. I had a great day delivering today, I met many of you that have been ordering but Ive never met, that was great! When youre not home and I have to return it makes me late for all other deliveries after you, this is the first delivery where everyone behaved, Im so proud of you all! Lol. Just so everyone is aware, there is a lot of misinformation going on in my posts about where I am located and where to buy the meals. I am located in Sangudo and deliver from here to Edmonton and surrounding areas, I do not supply any place with my meals, including the Italian centre shop (which happens to be my favorite grocery store) My meals are available for pick up, you would have to still preorder though.
