APPROVED!! then... Not Approved Client was pre-approved for a Pre Sale purchase with an A Lender 18 months ago... When it came time to close on the purchase the main applicant had lost their job and currently had NO Income. This of course was an issue for the Bank who ultimately declined the mortgage right before the deal needed to close. ... Our team was introduced to the client and during our application process we discovered the clients previous work history was strong, averaged over 100k per year. She had a clear plan to get back to work in the same industry with multiple job interviews already lined up. In addition she had a decent amount of money in her savings account, in fact enough to last her a year. The goal here was to outline the story for a Lender, hone in on the clients previous work history and her diligent plan to get back to work.
