Second, adaptation or flexibility which is a key trait of any team player. Confronting and resolving crises, rushing to meet deadlines, or picking up the slack for a colleague are all problems that require adaptation. If someone on a team is unable to change gears and refocus, odds are more issues that will arise to further complicate the workflow process... Third, high-performing teams have both a clear understanding of their goal and a belief that achieving it will produce an important result. They understand how they will work together to achieve the goal. Thanksgiving encourages gratefulness, appreciation, tolerance, mindfulness, and sharing; values that should ideally be practiced by everyone who is a part of a team.
