The recurring payments are:... $50+GST per month with a 3 month commitment $45+GST per month with a 6 month commitment Also I set up a free total body or split routine/ program if you don’t know where to start. It should help you get going, just ask and I’ll send the link when you sign up!!

And a reminder to members who had membership before the shutdown, whatever you had left remaining as of March 17 has been reactivated as of June 12.

About time!!! We can finally get back to getting fit!!. We will be opening again on Friday!! With us opening up again there will be some changes in the me...an time. Everyone will have to practice good social distancing. Wipe down everything before and after you use a piece equipment. But we got lots of spray and hand sanitizer! If your membership wasn’t expired as of March 18 then your card will work for Friday. It will work for as long as how much membership you had left before we closed. Any new or expired memberships can be activated on Monday evening. In the questionnaire below, if you can say yes to any of them please stay home until you feel better. So glad it’s finally time again. Can’t wait!!
