Join us in a large spaced out, serene, environment for Sweet Beats Multilevel A fun and lighthearted multi-level vinyasa flow class designed around upbeat music from a variety of genres that will get your heart pumping and your body grooving. This class is suitable for all levels and will feature some more challenging poses, balance poses, and inversions, with options for different levels of experience. In this class, we’ll turn up the tunes and let loose to the sweet beats a...s we let our bodies (not our brains) guide us through a vinyasa flow together. Join us in a large spaced out, serene, environment for FAMILY YOGA. This 6 week Family Yoga class will help with releasing energy, and improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. A great way for kids to learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, breathing, and basic anatomy. Expect to have some partner fun with your own family as well as social distancing from others. We recommend bringing one yoga mat for one child and one ...adult to share. We have 15 spots available, 2 (adult and child) per spot. Totalling 30 people max in the room ( 980 sq ft room that all spots are 6 ft apart). Class will run every Sunday at 10:30-11:30am starting November 15th till December 20th. Cost: $156 plus tax for 6 weeks ( $13 per person/ $26 for the two person spot. $26* 6 weeks=$156) Must bring your own yoga mat ( to share with your lil person) water bottles, towel.
