We have 2 new IPAs! Plus we are open for pints once again! *just room for one group at a time. Introducing Dock of the Bay NEIPA (5.8%, 48 IBU)... This New England style IPA is a blend of Maris Otter, Dark Wheat and Spelt malt, which was then hopped with a combination of Galaxy, Topaz, Ella and Bru-1. Upfront aromatics of pineapple, peach and honey that leads to flavours of tangerine, light graininess and hints of pine. Medium bodied with just enough carbonation to keep it refreshing. Dry Dock Brut IPA (6.6%, 20 IBU) This West Coast inspired dry IPA featuring a malt bill of Shoreline Pils, Munich and Chit along with some flaked rice and toasted buckwheat. Late hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Bru 1, then dry hopped Galaxy, Topaz and HPA016. Aromas of pineapple, lime and a touch of forest that lead of flavours of grapefruit, peach and a bone dry effervescent finish.
