New Year's Eve Meal To Go! With the new restrictions setting in, and with overwhelming requests, we have decided to offer a take home meal for you to enjoy in the comfort and safety of your home. The meals are per person so that we can accommodate different sized groups this holiday. Meals can be picked up on the 31st from 10am - 5pm, served cold with easy heating instructions. If you would like the meal on the weekend and we will accommodate. Thank you all so much for the support this year, we couldn't have made it without you. We are serving Christmas meals all week, so if you are stuck last minute we will be open selling giftcards, apparel & wine. The only door open will be the main hotel door across from the Canadian Tire gas bar. Have a great Christmas!

Take Out Meals. With the new lockdown coming into affect we will be moving to takeout only as directed by the Province. We will be offering individual turkey dinners available through valley eats and pickup served both cold or hot for $29. **Valley eats will be closed on the 24th @5pm as well as the 25th. We will be hosting our 'Travel the Globe' series throughout winter in The Grand Hotel. Since most of us are unable to travel with restrictions, we are hosting a series of tasting menus that will highlight certain countries or regions. These event will be full socially distanced in our hotel side each including a fantastic five course tasting menu by our executive chef. Family Meal & Events Dec 4th - Dec 6th This week chef is making Spaghetti & Meatballs! He will be starting you off with a family style Italian Garden Salad as well as a full baguette of garlic bread. For the main he is making up house meatballs from AAA Canadian Beef, and a house made San Marzano tomato sauce over spaghetti. Finally for dessert ricotta cheesecake with raspberry sauce.... Family Meal & Events Nov 27th Nov 29th Keeping up with the most popular oder chef is making his Ribs & Wings again! He will be starting you off with a chef's salad of grated local cheddar, market vegetables, hard boiled egg and creamy garlic dressing with dill & lemon. As a side to go with the ribs & wings he is making roasted potatoes with garlic & rosemary. His baby back pork ribs will be braised and served with his smoked apple and maple BBQ sauce on the side with tw...o pounds of jumbo Canadian chicken wings.
