Cannabis Infused Dining experiences seem to be the rage right now and we're thrilled that our phone doesn't stop ringing! We're getting an abundance of calls from people interested in sharing an intimate meal made using cannabis as an ingredient. Many professionals contact us as well, asking about "Cooking With Cannabis" workshops. Seems for many seasoned chefs it's an exciting new form of culinary art which they are eager to learn. Last week we welcomed a terrific group of g...uests to enjoy a fabulous meal up in the Northern part of the GTA. We collaborated with @foodinmotioncatering to serve up a fantastic menu that included seared scallops, mushroom risotto with truffles, braised short ribs and a plethora of other goodies. The food was incredible as you can see in these photos, and everyone who came reported having an unforgettable experience.
