As promised would would release a few announcements today. so here they are.... We are excited to announce that we will be having a licensed Paramedic for th...is event. As safety is one of our main concerns, our board of directors found it would only benefit all to have this service at the event. That being said we would like all attendees not to drink and drive, plan ahead with a designated driver. Please drink reasonably while at our event and remember we will also be having licensed security at our event and any patron that is caught out of bounds, and our causing any violence or any other matter that has been deemed unacceptable you will be removed form our event. All attendees purchasing tickets must come with two pieces of I.D. and your ticket in order to enter our event. As promised we are excited to announce a bunch of details for our event. So here are the details as follows........ Ok, what if we told you that your tickets pr...ice of $30 pre sale tickets would provide you with free parking and camping, 1 free meal(Chilli/Vegan chilli or Soup with a bun, a munchie tables of snacks. 12 hours of music from Dj's within Western Canada with concert sound provided by High Society Entertainment and concert lighting provided by Ora Laser and Bass Pod. Our stage area will be outdoors, but we will have it covered with insulated tarps and as well it will be heated. We are having a sick Graffiti crew ATW coming to do our stage back drop....expect some one of a kind art from these amazing artists. We will also have a food vendor and art and clothing vendors, so be sure to bring cash if you want to purchase from any of these services. Costumes, costumes, costumes, as "IT" is a halloween event we fully encourage everyone dresses up for this event. We will be having a cash prize for female and male best costumes prizes. Amount will be announced closer to the event date. Oh, we can't forget about the haunted house. yes you read this right. There is a Haunted House for everyones enjoyment Bus Services...if you looking to get bus services it will be a choice of these bus schedules 6:00pm & 8:30 pm pick up from Vernon to get to the event. 9:00 am 11:30 am pick up from Cherryville to leave the event Estimated travel Time is a hour for the bus All attendees that are wanting this service must purchase you tickets separately. You will need to pay through E-Transfer a payment of $25 for a round trip. Please E-Transfer to [email protected] Please leave a msg while sending the E-transfer starting your Full Legal Name and Bus Schedule you are requesting. As well we are stoping selling the add on for the bus services Oct 21 2019. If there isn't enough people that purchase this add on all money received will be refunded your purchase of your add on and comped 1 free ticket. Do you wanna Volunteer?
