Excellent innovation! Very reminiscent of South Central Foundation and their goal of specialty access in 5 min (via phone consult) - nice pursuit of 2nd order vs 1st order change. One question that wasn't addressed is that of remuneration of the physician time for those in a FFS model. Anyone in Ontario know how that is addressed?
