If you're not familiar with the process of restoring metal objects, wood floors, or concrete surfaces, this is the process: Step 1) Clean the dirt off the surface Step 2) Grind the surface down to get all the rough stuff out of the way and smooth (This is the hardest and longest part). Step 3) Polish and shine the surface to a smooth finish... Meaning: In order to be polished and shiny, you have to be ground and resurfaced which takes time.
