One of my favourite barbers shared this. when I was finished reading it, said YES! that is how I feel about my clients and many of the folks around me. Like so many I am not good at putting feelings into words or even sharing those feelings. So I’m borrowing these. My client was looking for colour to compliment her new short haircut. We did a nice warm red brown with highlights which I think are perfect going into autumn. Foiling in highlights and/or lowlights, helps give dimension and movement to a textured cut. Hair by Carmen.

So today was the last day we were able to work. The government says no more. We knew it was coming but its still hard. Im thankful that I have clients who were very understanding and respectful. Grateful for the ones who were healthy enough and brave enough to stick it out til the end. Beyond grateful to all who were generous in so many ways. Thank you to all who have reached out with support from a distance and with concern for me and my loved ones. I know many are worri...ed about what is going to appear on their heads after a few weeks. No worries folks, you are beautiful in every form. I promise not to laugh and take pictures ( unless it will make for great before and afters ) when we do get to meet again. Remember hats were made for bad hair days. Hello lovely FB group. As of tonight, Tuesday March 24th 2020 at 11:59pm, Premier Ford is asking all non-essential businesses to close for at LEAST two weeks. We know this will be inconvenient for many but its necessary to keep us healthy, safe and flatten the curve. In this unprecedented time, we ask your patience for any more changes that come ahead. Lets respect what they are telling us by social distancing (hard to do when doing your hair) staying home washing hands. Together we will get through this!
