Thank you. The future is so bright and we're already looking forward to standing on the shoulders of 2020 with a boatload of fresh experiences and lessons that we've learned from. Fresh eyes and fresh faces. I'm grateful for the exceptionally strong team beside me that keeps the flour flying on the daily and teaches me that we are always stronger together. We've achieved things this year that have blown all of my ever-changing expectations out of the water and we have made d...iamonds out of a mountain of coal. Shining under pressure is how we roll. None of this could be possible without our local farmers, millers, butchers, and suppliers that also kept working through some fairly challenging weeks that turned into months. It takes the whole village and we are so grateful to be a part of this one. Our community is resilient and some of us are more stubborn than is good for us.. and so we persevere, while others pivot so brilliantly that we applaud and support as best we can. We see you, our food pals, and our hearts explode on the daily. What I'm trying to say here is that we are so incredibly grateful for the support we've received this year that it renders me almost speechless. Ending the year on a sell-out month where we made more handpies and sold more handpies than any other month this year (yes, our local-only December just crushed August!!) showed us that what we are doing is awesome and sustainable and that we'll be here for the long haul. Now, we are all taking this opportunity to rest and recharge and plan out the next year of adventures so that we can continue to bring you and yours the best handheld comfort food that local ingredients can make.
