Sometimes you buy a house not only for the house but for the view. I fell in love with the barn quite honestly and the sun that was streaming though this window when I walked through the first time. It was love at first sight.

Can’t wait to share our lil’ home next year! PEC short term rules and regulations are making it difficult for home owners like me make some money to pay the bills. Hope things will get easier in 2021!

Wish I could just quarantine all winter and work on the barn.

Not sure where Prince Edward County is? We are about 2 hours east of a Toronto and about 2 hours west of Ottawa. On Lake Ontario it’s one of the best destinations for beaches, wineries and a nice drivable distance to 2 of the biggest cities in Ontario.
