As a Reiki Master some people have reached out to me for support in this difficult time. I am not going to say "be positive" and rainbows and unicorns will start coming out of your ass. What I will say is this: 1) Be responsible but not insane. Wash your hands and all that jazz but don't hoard and hurt others. We are all in this together. 2) Remember you can only control certain things and one of them is your thoughts. Start focusing your thoughts on what you are grateful f...or right now. Such as the fact that we have a paid medical system, we have homes with heat and a roof, we have people that love us, we have technology to stay connected to our loved ones etc. 3) Stop thinking only of yourself and start thinking about who you can help and how you can give. There are many that don't have the resources to stock up or even get what they need. Some people literally have nobody to help them. Stop being fearful and calm the fear in others. Be good to your neighbour. 4. Take some time to focus on your breath and take good care of yourself like going to bed early, eating the right foods and detaching from social media. 5. Start talking about something other than the V. We all know how negative/fearful conversations make us feel.
