Just a word of advice, if you are planning any sort of building work please allow plenty of time to draw your plans, get the planning permission, find your builder, choose your fittings etc. Planning will take a minimum of 8 weeks, plans can take 4 weeks and choosing tiles, suites, kitchens...........well that can take months.
