The medicine of fall reminds us to take care of ourselves. We've been tending to the land during the hot season and now little harvesting is left. Prepare your body to rest, gentle cleanse from the inside out and clear the clouds that may arise in the mind. As with every season there will be transformation and a pronounced disposition to let go. Flow with the current and let your emotions arise and manifest, they will dissipate as well like the morning dew. If grief knocks on... your door it is ok to invite her to deliver her message. Nurture it with some warm spiced autumn beverage and listen to the wisdom of the transformative emotions as when you grieve, you realize you have loved. May peace walk with you.
