It's time!!!! Yes you heard us right, our clinic will be opening next week! There will be a couple of things changing for your safety which include, but are not limited too; Clients are asked not to arrive too early for their scheduled appointment. Please no sooner than 5 minutes before.... Clients are to wait in the designated waiting area until the therapist comes to greet them. Until the aquatic Center is open clients will be requested to use the side door on Union Street where they will have to wait until a therapist is available to let them into the building. Once the facility is open you will have to check in with the front desk before proceeding to the waiting area where we will be limiting the amount of people. We will now have a 30 minute change over period between clients to give us time to properly sanitize our work area and ensure the last client is out of the room before the next comes in. No guest will be permitted to wait in the waiting area at this time. This means clients must come in to the clinic alone unless they require assistance for a medical reason. Will will not be taking walks ins at this time nor will we be booking new clients from the reception room. If you wish to book an appointment, with the exception of directly after a scheduled appointment, please email, private message or call us at 674-4221. There will be a screening questionnaire 3-5 days before your appointment in which the therapist will call you to ensure you are not experiencing any covid-19 symptoms as well as directly before your appointment. Nobody will be permitted into the building if they are experiencing the symptoms. Clients will be required to wear a mask to and during their treatment. We can not wait to see all of our clients once again! We expect quite the influx of calls and emails this week and will do our best to fit everyone in but please understand that there may be a waiting period before we can fit you in.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to give a bit of an update on the opening of our clinic. We know many of you are just as eager to get back as our massage therapists are and would like to thank you for your continued patience during this unprecedented time. Unfortunately some of the PPE we have ordered is currently taking longer to ship despite our best efforts. Hello! We would like to give an update for all of our eager clients :) As most of you may know massage therapists have been given the green light to start business back up however we will need to make sure that we have all the safety equipment needed to do so. As soon as we know when we will be able to open up we will let everyone know :)... Thank you for your patience, Staff and management of The Healthy Touch.

Please note, due to Covid-19, our clinic will be closed until further notice. We will be working on contacting all of our clients who are booked for the coming weeks to reschedule them for a later date with the understanding this may change. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Given the growing attention surrounding the Coronavirus and with the annual flu season upon us we would like to ask that our clients; Wait a minimum of 14 days following any travel through airports before booking an appointment. If you are feeling under the weather, or have any flu symptoms, we ask you refrain from coming in for a treatment. If the treatment is already booked please let us know as soon as possible so that we may reschedule you. This safety precaution is being... set in place namely for clients that are immunocompromised, but also for the safety of the therapist.
