Able to sling coffee? Stoked on bicycles? The Hub Cafe located within Calgary Cycle's main location on Bow Trail is looking for baristas handy with the steel if you know what we mean.

"Team 4 All" is gearing up its 2018 fundraising drive for the Ride to Conquer Cancer with an all day event March 3 at The Hub. Spin classes, yoga, lunch and silent auction make for a whole day of fitness and fun. Check out their event page for details and to sign up!

The time to sweat over the Internet is here. The Hub’s Fitness Centre has been tuned up for riders and the virtual world stretches ahead of your front tire. Our Kickr training stations were tested out by Hub owner, Derek Lee, and a hand picked crew of pedal spinning titans. Spin classes using the system will begin in the new year, along with traditional cycle-torture classes involving your imagination. The Fitness Centre will also feature a rotation of other activities to keep you slim over the winter months, such as yoga, self defense, and core calisthenics. After sweating it out, the Fitness Centre sports two accessible showers to clean up and our cafe is on hand to replenish lost fluids and provide healthy snacks.
