I was struck with the beauty of these Sunrise Breakfast Blend beans. The even color of the beans indicates we are using a high quality bean from farmers in Central America that take pride in producing excellent coffee for us to consume. This is the standard we push for here at The Hub Roastery.

We are happy to announce a new coffee is hitting the shelf at The Hub today! This is a single origin Nicaraguan done in a light roast. The unique thing about this coffee is it tastes like a medium roast even though it is our lightest roast.

We just brought in this machine to expand our lineup of products. Anyone want to take a stab at what product is being added?

Hi folks! Some of you have been asking about having our coffee available in single-serve pods. Well, here it is! We have the Sioux Mountain Blend and Costa Rica available in 12 count and 24 count boxes. In our commitment to maintain freshness, we are roasting, grinding, and packaging these coffees on the same day. I(Paul) was quite skeptical about this venture at first. I didn't believe that we could achieve a great cup of coffee using single-serve pod. I was pleasantly surprised! If you are as skeptical as I was, I'd be glad to serve you a cup brewed from one of these pods.

The beautiful bloom of a fresh roasted Rwanda AA. We have fresh batches of the Rwanda and Dominican Barahona. These are smooth, great-tasting coffees.

Hey everyone! Tomorrow, Friday the 5th, and Saturday the 6th we will be at the Outdoor Show in Lac Seul and serving up some delicious coffee! Friday I'll be b...rewing Central American Espresso blend, Sioux Mountain Blend, and Decaf. On Saturday I'll be brewing The Iron Bridge and Juan Carlos. On Friday the show is open from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturday it's open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. We will also have a limited supply of cinnamon buns from Pelican Lake Sandwich Company available. I will also have some whole bean coffee available to sell. Hope to see you there! See more

Going at it again. With today's batches, I've roasted 226 pounds of coffee in the last four days. So far, this is the most we've roasted in a week.
