Hmmm...don’t know what happened there...tried to update/correct my cover and it disappeared...the joys of facebook... Just wanted to say...thank you to my tribe...find joy as we wrap up 2020 and many blessings for the new year ahead

I wish I had shared this sooner. Sandra has become a very special friend in my life and her vision and passion for her shop here in Peterborough is infectious. I love visiting Statement House and always find the most amazing treasures! I love everything about this little slice of heaven. I know Sandra would appreciate your vote and I also know she would be thrilled to welcome you in her beautiful space. It feels good to find a little happiness during such a difficult time.

During these uncertain times, we must remember to breathe, to take good care of ourselves and to take good care of those around us...especially those that are most vulnerable. There is a lot of controversy surrounding the decisions that are being made. I have witnessed exhaustion, worry and fear in many people, both in and out of the studio. My nurturing side wants to help ease these burdens. So, I continue to work very hard to offer my classes and my treatments, continu...ing to follow protocol in order to keep myself, my family, and my studio tribe safe. As Peterborough moves into the yellow zone tomorrow, distancing restrictions are increasing to 3m (9 feet). I have measured and remeasured my studio space and have decided that all classes will have to move to Zoom for the remaining 3 weeks. Some classes have been combined. I am forever grateful for the continued support and understanding of all my amazing students. They truly are a tribe of warriors! Classes end December 10th and this day will also be the last day of treatments for 2020. There is limited availability for appointments and I will do my best to accommodate anyone hoping to get in before I take a self healing and nurturing break. I will return sometime in January and I will post an update early January. I know winter isn’t everyone’s favourite season...but here we are. Find the joy in everything that we are given and embrace change. Stay warm!

Hello Friendswe are into our third week of yoga classes in the studio during this beautiful Fall season. Coming back to the mat was a well thought out decision. There was so much to consider. The world is certainly a different place to be right now. I am grateful for the continued support and commitment of my wonderful Tribe. Without them, the outcome would have been very different.
