School is out for the. And so is the ice cream man ! Going to be in wildwood and townsite for the day. Taking extra precautions to keep our customers safe. See you out there !

Are all the schools out at 10am today or are some schools staying later? It’s a beautiful day but I don’t want to send the truck out while anyone is still in class.

Good morning Powell River! I’m sure by now most of you have heard the news, but for those that haven’t, COVID has been confirmed in Tla’Amin. I’m aware of one confirmed case, with talk of several others in that area. We have always had excellent cleaning and sanitizing protocols, and in light of recent events have increased our protection to both our staff and our customers as we approach the end of summer. First, until we have a clear safe picture, we will not be vending in ...Tla’Amin. We already wash our hands and sanitize all surfaces regularly and recommend our customers to maintain social distance protocols. In addition to these measures, our staff will be wearing masks anytime they are dealing with the public, social distancing around the truck will be enforced and hand sanitizer will be available for customer use. At this time we feel that we are still able to provide a safe experience for you, and will continue to monitor the situation each day and make whatever changes we feel are necessary.
