Are we moving? Nope just lent out a ton of equipment to my players so they can have real workouts with real weights. Just one more thing that separates us from everyone else. This is a huge opportunity for all players to get better stronger and faster. If you dont that is on you and is nobody's fault but yours. #beingbetter #nodaysoff
I am sure there is a weird yoga name for this pose. I call it HARD NO. #tighthips
Kids got their cards and team photo today. We let our kids pick their own nicknames and height and weight. They are going to bring back old time hockey kicking and screaming if they have too. #ericlindros88 #scottstevens #sellingtickets #originalnicknames
23 days of yoga with my kids. 24th day open the gym back up hopefully with less tight hips my knees feel better and even the shoulders get better. #bigexpectations #toostiff #badhips

Man I love watching Nova listening to world class physicists describing quantum entanglement in a way that I could understand it. I have zero training in quantum mechanics but have a basic understanding now. I wish some of these Instagram hockey "skills guys" would take a page from nova and stop trying to sound like a bio mechanical engineer.
A huge thank you to @headsetsports_ developer @galea.phd for coming and talking to the Swamp Rabbits tonight. He went over self confidence, how to bounce back after a bad shift or game, preparedness, focus level. All in 45min. Best part was kids were engaged it wasnt too long and they all got better. And even have a homework assignment. Thanks again Doc you are the best
Up at 530am for a very good on ice session then to work then to a @hockey.alberta checking clinic then back to work for video scouting then a workout.
Our hockey-focused power skating centres on edge control, acceleration, and stride mechanics. Our on-ice programs are demanding and challenging. Over the course of 10 days, we push our players to their limits. Our expectations are high, so come prepared to work. https://theinsideedge.net/on-ice/power-skating-camp
The masked man himself @mattysutter heading down to boston today to play for @negenerals in the @nahlhockey the @lakestatehockey commit will be one of the youngest players in the league if not the youngest. But I am willing to bet the most intense player in the league. I asked a lot from him this summer all the skates all the training it was a relentless summer he took no vacation no long weekends at the lake he just got better and better. Boston will never be the same. I am so proud of you Matty. 16 years old playing junior A hockey in Boston what a life experience #nolakelife #nodaysoff
I couldn't be more proud of @mdavis_35 on committing to @windsor_lancers he and I worked so hard to find the right school right program at the right price. He was on the ice over 75x this summer. Inam so proud of him. #anotheroftocollege #usporthockey
Well just finished novice and Atom prep camp to complete 99 ice sessions in 45 days. Crazy summer and a crazy year. Now going to ice ny knees for the next 5 days. I cannot thank my instructors enough for this year high communicators and leaders than you @xavier.halterman @ian.bablitz @andoncoles @_liamcochrane @tysongreenway @austin.spiridakis @mattysutter @brooksrobinson1911 @ryanrehill @adam_jereniuk @marcus_walter4 @samsmithackerl @keatonnaubinn and of course @mdavis_35 #befast #dontshootmiddle #trashcans
Working with our elite group WHL D1 and junior A players the biggest thing we talk about is not speed or stick handling it is reciveing the pass. If you dont have your stick in the right position it kills the 1st two. It is the problem with skating without game situations or pucks and dangling through inaniment objects. Positioning your stick to receive the pass is a skill that we are losing and will cost you draft position or a contract and even a scholarship. It is something we work on continuously. If you are a player or coach who wants to learn about it just direct message me and we can talk about it. Oh yeah no charge either just trying to help. #wecanbebetter
