The shelves have been restocked with all kinds of new additions to spice up your Valentine’s Day meal!! Check out the jalapeño stuffed olives, horseradish mixed with beets, 12 year old aged horseradish, and jalapeño rings!! End off the meal with gourmet chocolate sauce over ice cream or apple pie filling inside phyllo dough and win the hearts of all your guests.

Need a quick dessert but don’t have time to make from scratch ? Grab a box of tart shells, a jar of apple pie filling, scoop, and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes and serve warm or room temperature. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a great dessert !

Shelves have been restocked! Check out my Whisky BBQ sauce, apple pie filling, blackberry jam, and Strawberry Rhubarb Jam. We are taking orders for a 2 pack of jam for teacher and bus driver gifts, a 4 or 6 jar gift basket for holiday parties and special request orders. Today is Pepper Jelly day! How do you enjoy pepper jelly ? It’s great over cream cheese as a dip, as a marinade for pork or chicken, or on a bagel for a spicy kick to start the day.

What a fabulous few weeks. A third of my inventory has been sold at Uptown Meats & Deli!! Thank you for such a warm welcome. I have been very busy making Strawberry and Raspberry jam along with Wine Jelly and Jalapeño Rings to restock the shelves. I will be adding jars of pie filling in the next few weeks - key an eye on the shelves to see what’s new and exciting !!

Wine jelly anyone ? Local Grapes + Crew wine makes for a delicious wine jelly. Served with bread, over cream cheese, or with pork tenderloin. Look for this at Uptown Meats & Deli next week.
